Contract Recruiter Health Care
Experience recruiter needed for 3 month plus assignment to staff entire spectrum of healthcare…including but not limited to nurses BS, RN, LPN, physical therapist, technicians, respiratory therapists, nurse aides, occupation therapists etc….
Solid… ATS, job board, interviewing and search skills required.
Ability to communicate with all levels of medical and administrative staff.
Experience working on multiple recruiting assignments.
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Assist with all incoming applications submitted online using internal candidate database.
Review resumes and qualify candidates.
Notify managers of new applications and forward them accordingly
After Training assignment can be home based…
