RESPONSIBILITIES:

Onboard new employees and process terminations/resignations on payroll system for approvals
Troubleshoot HR questions related to payroll & benefits for multiple subsidiaries
Update HR & Payroll database for all subsidiaries
Complete payroll inputs for multiple subsidiary payroll runs for review and processing
Submit payroll funding requirement to Treasury timely
Prepare required payroll reports for G&A Accountants to complete payroll entries
Assist in completion of required payroll related government reporting and audit request for other subsidiaries
Assist in the completion of payroll budgets
All other HR / Payroll duties as required
Assist with HR related projects as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Business studies, Accounting or Finance or HR degree
At least 3 years of relevant payroll and HR experience
HR and payroll processing required
Must have good verbal and written business communication and skills
Problem solving and good analytical skills
Experience with Oracle NetSuite and Concur preferred
Experience with third party payroll provider systems preferred
Advanced level Excel skills preferred
