Duties and responsibilities:
Supporting office and bookkeeping staff in their daily administrative tasks
Corresponding with customers and suppliers
Processing customer orders and returns
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent computer skills including strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
Professional, friendly demeanor
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn new tasks and procedures
