Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities of the position include but not limited to:
? Recruiting candidates to fill open position.
? Overseeing and communicating the benefit options provided to employees.
? Partnering with management to affect change and improvement within the organization.
? Coaching and training employees at all levels.
? Motivating and challenging a diverse workforce
? Staying informed and abreast of changes that affect employment law and compliance.
? Creating and overseeing performance appraisal process
? Resolving employee issues and disputes
? Liaison with management on matters pertaining to compensation plans.
? Creating and providing reports to management on HR metrics that impact the organization.
Knowledge and Skills
This position requires a personable team player who demonstrates professionalism under pressure in the dealings through the use of telephone and interpersonal skills. The candidate must demonstrate excellent written / verbal communication skills and dedicated to customer service. The candidate must be well organized, sensitive to handling confidential information, flexible and highly detail oriented. The candidate should also be capable of effectively managing multiple tasks.
Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from a four year college or University, plus 5 years experience and/or training, equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish)
