Client Relationship Manager

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a strategic sales plan that increases revenue from both existing and new accounts. The Manager is also responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of the sales and delivery process. Insurance experience is required.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Ensure and sustain the delivery of high quality service to assigned clients.
Lead and manage the area to achieve targeted revenue and profitability.
Service clients based on need with a high standard of quality
Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities within new and existing accounts
Lead proposals and evolve solution offerings
Ensure success of engagements using global delivery and vendor partners
Manage client satisfaction in partnership with account management teams
Apply delivery and customer management best practices
Contribute to business strategy and budget planning
Manage profitability of engagements
Education & Essential Skills
Proficiency in IT
Strong insurance knowledge
BS or BA with advanced degree a plus
Results-oriented business leader with solid understanding of budgets, forecasting, planning, P&L’s, and pricing models
Business development experience including sales planning, client engagement, management, and delivery
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven record of creating and maintaining business partnerships and relationships
Strong decision making, judgment, and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and virtual teams.
5-plus years of experience in sales and or Consulting Services
